Im making my roms legal muhahah

I thought you had to have the actual roms, not just the system to make them legal:confused::)
Nice list though..........I have a dreamcast knockin around somewhere, I keep meaning to dl some games for it. I suppose I'd need to chip it first though.........

Good god that's a whole lot of machinery!

The legality of the ROMs thing really is a non-issue. The likes of Nintendo don't even want people buying foreign or 2nd hand games so your not going to please them whatever you do.

I bought a good £500 worth of stuff for my Mega Drive back in the day and don't feel obliged to pay for them anymore. I still buy tons of Sega games for DC, PS2, GC.

I bought a load of DC ports of SNK games. Should I now pay £2000 to play Metal Slug? I think not.

1 original 1989 gameboy, now a nice shade of yellow with worms, mario 2 and tetris somewhere. there is also a sega master system with about 5 games, but minus the power supply and rf cable. an atari st minus one floppy drive and a busted power supply with about 200 odd games. i also have a snes also minus the power supply and rf cable with about 10 games. a bit more modern is the ps1 with about 20 games that is sitting on top of my ps2 which has 11 games.

and there is also a gameboy advance with 2 games, breath of fire 2 and mario advance 2 thats is longing for an f2a card and linker :(

KdjaC, you wouldn't have "Storm across Europe" by SSI in that pile by any chance? I remember the 'groovy' plastic map that came with.. :)

I just bought a megadrive with 60 games for €40

Christ! That's a good deal. I just paid that for a boxed 'Sonic The Hedgehog' Megadrive with 9 games. Mind you they're all in perfect nick including manuals and leads. Where did you buy it from (I get all my retro gear from www.ebay.co.uk) ?

Woman in job split from her hubbie and had the machine ,me smelled a good deal :)
She has some other machine belonging to him dunno what it is but im buying it.

I also have a ColecoVision with 2 games donkey kong and an airplane game with the telephone controllers heheh

Instead of paying lots of cash for these things there are old people who hoard these things and dont realise their worth.

Edit C64 games most are copies like 20 on one tape only a few originals. Would have to check each tape to see if that game is there and that would take a while.

The AES neo geo's can be picked up pretty cheaply these days, as long as you're not looking for one still in the box in absolutely mint condition. I bought an old Gold system which had a serial over 50000 (important, as anything below this, is bad news) with samurai shodown 2 for about 120 quid. The problem being that the new or in fact, old AES carts cost a large chunk of change. If you're interested, get an !arcade! MVS to AES converter and you can buy the really cheap MVS carts that are designed for the arcade cabs.
