Try www.jetmagic.ie. New company just recently started flying out from Cork.

    Between Dublin and Cork?

Aer Lingus offers 2 daily flights. (Aerlingus.com)
Aer Arann offers at least 6 daily flights (Skyroad.com)
Air Wales offers 2 daily flights (Airwales.co.uk)

The new Jetmagic does not operate the route at all but the post above really proves their marketing is working.

You could also take the train (Irisrail.ie). A fair bit cheaper and city centre to city centre, there probably isn't that much time in it.
