    I-Stream Solo
    ADSL
    Interleaving ON
    Contentation Ratio 1/24

    I-Stream Self-Install
    RADSL..
    Interleaving OFF
    Contentation ratio 1/48

is there any configuration changes at all?

i downgraded from istream solo to self-install..
    and having problems connecting..
wondering possibly was it a configuration on my end

    Cheers

Have you changed to LLC with correct VPI/VCI numbers and your self-install username/password?

Somebody posted the RADSL settings a while ago - search for VCI and I'm sure you'll find it!

Have just been told (by a biddy in Eircom) that interleaving is on, on all Eircoms packages from i scream starter to enhanced including self install.

Interleaving is ON for self install. It is just set to a low setting so pings/latency etc. are better than the business adsl, but it is still ON. As a consequence, all their bitstream third parties also have the same situation, (i.e. IOL Broadband, Netsource) interleaving ON but set to LOW
