Under my penis there are tiny little spots which appeared after I had had more than one sexual partner.
They are the same as the ones in the picture on the link below that has the further below description.
Although the site says its normal, I can't help but think they are not.

(there are pictures of male genitalia here, not work safe i would say)
Another superb view of perfectly normal pearly papules on coronal sulcus of glans penis.
The reason i am posting is to see how many other guys have the same thing.

Do you have the same spotty things? 17 votes

I assume from your asumption that 'everybody ' has those spots, that you do also, i dont. Maybe you should get yourself checked?
Im just a concerned boards user.

We cant have our admins running around with spotted Dicks

Made from the finest sheep's bladder...

But no. A lot of teenage guys get them. I think they're supposed to disappear eventually. I hope they do 'cos bleuch!! :D

But at the same time if people are worried about it then they should check it out at the doctors.

    Good point well made.

Not everyone has them, only people with extremely large penises have them. Nothing to be worried about. Merged with original trollesqueness.

looked it up a while back, they secrete lubricant and are extremeley necessary.

If you don't have them you are really the one who whould be seeking medical attention!

Otherwise "dryness" and other such problems will occur...

    Also, pld Gordon ;)

    As informed via pm:

The exact term for these is "pearly White Papules"

YEs they are common, but they are even more commonly mistaken for STIs.

If I had a euro for every time I saw a young man walk into a hospital clinic thinking these were genital warts or another STI, I could probably retire already.

Its easy to be cynical about people, I'm as cynical as they come, but I do think the post/question has some merit.

Its not as well known as you think and it wastes a hell of a lot of clinic time.

I'll leave this open a while longer as: even if it could be a troll, the possibility of enlightening a worried soul over the chance to stop a troll is more pleasing to the... former... urm... I should have paid attention in English.

I guess the old mantra of "See no evil, speak no evil" still holds true.

Nobody wants to talk about genital related things asides from "omg how big is my focking j00lz?!",
I'd say it worries a lot of young men and I'm quite frankly astonished that no mention of this was made during any of the sex ed classes that I've had in bygone years...

I have a few of them too but they're not noticable, I was well worried about them years ago, but since my willy didnt fall off - I assumed they were ok. Girlfriends didn't seem to notice - well, they never brought it to attention.

Thanks for clearing that up ;)
