I got isdn there a while ago and i'm gonna try and play some q3 online. I need a config though with network settings. Also is it playable with isdn?

i-stream sucks hard and you won't be running around happy as you'll be pinging 100 at best to UK servers.
If you can get i-stream then you can probably get netsource.ie which is the same except that you don't get **** pings. I pity the fool who uh orders i-stream instead of netsource.. err <insert rhyme>..

and remember every PC will use/need a different setting
in there cfg file.

I use 2 pc - 1 old and 1 new and had to change cfg to suit
newer PC.

Unless you have a high spec PC I would keep all
Graphics/etc.. at lowest setting

I 2 have ISDN 128 which is JUST enough to play Q3 with
I find that Oceanfree is faster than Unison while I have
not worked out how to fool IOL ( esat ) into taking
a 128 connection ( has been done by others - anyone like to
tell me hows its done please ?? )

By the way ping between 55 and 120 is ok anything over
OR UNDER cases problems with your play. Oceanfree used give me a UK/Dutch server ping of 60 - 90 - now however with the new
1890 number its dropped to 90 - 110 fsr ...
Hint ... for clan/league matches call to a larger node
ie.. Kildare/Dublin - you get better pings but check out before hand.
