I've been searching the net for a small animated .GIF of the matrix code waterfalling. I took the one from the main site but when I try to resize it, it stops animating! Ideally, and a i know i won't find it, but it should be 120 x 160 (pixels). Anyone have any ideas where i can get one?

Also, you could easily lash one together in about any hour in flash.

An animated gif is a series of images which played in a loop. If you open one up using a normal image editing package, I think you just get the first image of the series.
What you need is something like Animation Shop (comes with Paintshop Pro), which is specifically for creation of animated gifs etc.

Fireworks of Adobe ImageReady would do the job also.
