Is this what you are looking for:

    http://ie.europe.creative.com/products/product.asp?prod=260

It is a Creative Blaster Personal Cinema with GeForce2 MX400 graphics card.

nVidia based VIVO cards are fairly common, I've an MSI geForce
4600 with VIVO, if you're just looking for something to capture
and output video this should do. It doesn't have any hardware
based MPEG compression but it does come with an albeit buggy
software package that can import and export video to disk,
compress it to whatever format you need and then it can be
firewired or burned to CD/DVD or you can just play it using
nVidia's nView to a VCR connected on the Video Out (I haven't
tried recording the stream, but I have seen it output to TV).

Komplett have them for around eur 220.

    Hope that helps?

I've a sneaking suspicion that there's some sort of Macrovision monkery involved there, on the software side at least which would prevent the recording of the stream onto most new VCRs.
