    Are lower processor voltages and higher oscillator multiplication constants favorable features for modern CPU's?

    Ah sure yeah, your really asking two questions there. Ill look into it.

    Yes lower processor voltages mean lower temps, so yes thats good.

    A higher oscillator multiplication constants is not as good as a higher FSB, but Im not sure what you mean, in terms of potential overclocking?
