Is BB available in many areas yet generally??

Im a culchie!! And its not available in my area with IOL, how long shud it take. R they workin on it, extending coverage the whole time?? Also, can u watch any football on it. Like Manu v Arse tonite, cus u watch that if u had BB.

There are a lot of areas that will never get broadband through DSL(even withing major cities). The eircom exchanges are just too crappy.
