probably doing that because we wont meet the Kyoto agreement on hydrofluoro carbons because of the money they took out of forestry. WHY THE **** DO WE ELECT THESE MUPPETS????

They are not gonna ban air-conditioning. They are just looking into the banning of HydrofluoCarbans used in the air conditioning units. Alternatives will be found (no doubt at an extra cost to the consumer) much in the same way alternatives were found when they banned CFCs.
