    Anyone any pointers, short tutorials or can basically tell me what to do step by step? :) I've been trying now for two weeks and its doing my head in.

    Mmm, looks like a tricky one alright.
    What's the source image from? ;)
    Bloody texturing is what's driving me mental at the moment...
    You use a cylindrical UVW map - you get a number choppy mis-match seems across the mesh... you use a planar map - you get horrible streching which looks crap.
    Head = (melted * 10).
    I'm off to find some answers!
