Anyone succeeded in ordering i-stream using online store?

I tried to order i-Stream on the eircom website today, and while the line past the test, when I went into the order form I was told "The system is currently unable to determine if eircom i-stream is available in your exchange. Surely if you pass the online test, the system knows that i-Stream is available on the exchange (Churchfield).

Is this yet another tactic to fob people off from signing up for DSL? Or has somebody at eircom forgotten to upload a complete table of DSL enabled exchanges to the online store?
