Dermot Ahern has quickly won the turf war with Mary Hanafin in respect of forumulating and driving government policy on communications, she hasn't made a single e-Speech about e-Gov or e-Anything at e-All in e-Ages.

Mind ya, Mary is in Berties own department and probably has the muppet who wrote Berties recent guff about wireless (in the Dáil last month) working directly for her.

She really should transfer that muppet to Driver Testing in Ballina and get one or two sentient Civil Servants in her office. The Dept of the Taoiseach has a couple of excellent candidates, she only need the one to make the difference.
