    Since I started using zone alarm this keeps happening can anyone explain what it is ?

    it an attempt to connect to your computer.

    it may be a stray packet from the previous person to use your ip address (if you're on dial-up)

    PS - you will actually find that it's a "Tier 2 javAPRSSrvr Servers"
    messaging your pc, which roughly translates as some low level aussie national server is sening you info you probably don't need
