My bro got a sustainer from the web.. took 6 months to arrive but thats another story.. anyway he took it to i THINK musicmaker to have it fit.. it took weeks and when he called up the guy had not even started on it.. he needed it for a gig so he said Wednesday or forget it.. it wsa finished on Wed..

Anyway to cut a long story short it seems it was a piss poor job and it cost him €200! The tweaking of the settings is nothing.. but he has had problems with it even down to the fact one of the screws off one of the pickups was missing and replaced with some other type of screw which was messing it all up.. he had to take a screw from another guitar (very similar guitar with same pickups) to fix...

Like i said i think its musicmaker but not certain.. will have to ask.. Just wondering has anyone else had crap like this?

Complain, it's as simple as that. The manager of Musicmaker is sound enough, and he does come onto boards sometimes, so maybe someone could email a link to this thread, and he might discuss it with you, or you could go in personally.

I dont think it was Musicmaker, they wouldn't charge €200 for that type of installation.
