Nothing really.IIRC(I was sorting some pages at the time and half watching)the girl was shown being interviewed and she said she did not care about the kid because she thought her parents loved the younger biological sister more than they did her.But at the end the father tried to get the blonde prosecuter to drop the charges as it would lead to her getting the death penalty but she said she could do nothing about it.
I dont think it really said what would happen to the boyfriend other than that he would testify against the girl at hertrial.
Sorry ifthis is patchy but I could only pay half attention as I was busy as previously mentioned;)

    Edit-found this
    http://www.uni-television.com/svu/html/episodes/s4ep11.html#

"Trying to connect the dots, the detectives attempt to trace the two thousand dollars that Eric got from Missy. It turns out; she gave him a necklace from her parents (with an inscription) Eric pawned for the money. With Joey’s evidence, they now have the case they want against Missy, and they are going for the death penalty. But it’s a hollow victory for Cabot, who knows the person who really should be prosecuted is Missy’s biological father, who raped her and ruined her life forever. "

So there you have it from somebody undistracted
    :)

I was very impressed last night by Law And Order - Criminal Intent. It is good to see intelligent cop shows.
