Not a single recognised person from Eircom has ever made a true and valid statement or reply on these boards? Or why Eircom do not actually get actively involved in what goes on in here? Or is it just that the just do not know what Market Research is all about?

Because if they told the truth they'd probably get hammered in any argument, and end up with fines from the regulator when they reveal exactly what they're up to?

Eircom aren't overly secretive about what they want to do ... make profit and leave the company in a saleable position should the opportunity arise.

Posting on Bulletin Boards certainly doesn't fall into that gameplan at all. Why should they bother.

Also, employees posting here (about Eircom) without prior concent risk breaking NDA's, etc.
