    Regrettably, the 'Etain Mark of Cain' is visible on some of it, bleating on about Administrative Law and the like. Some bits were obviously not written by Etain and are very coherent.

    Comreg consider 'effectiveness' to be one of only 4 core values of theirs.:confused: That an Etain wittering I think.

    I am sure IoffL will have a submission but any and every organisation and person in the country may and should respond to this document which is a work program/constitution for Comreg up to end 2005 . The Access Wars will be over by then, (FRIACO and Universal Broadband) the economy itself may be 'over' if it is not impressed strongly and widely upon Comreg that we now have a third rate telecommunications infrastructure and can at best hope for a second rate one by then...or maybe we'll hold fast with the third rate one.


    The document contains some woeful crap on their human resources policy (thanks Etain , it is AWFUL tripe) and looks like it was meant to please too many editors and especially Etain.....at times.

    So:
    1. Download (750k pdf)
    2. Read the interesting bits (about 10-15 pages out of 37)
    3. Submit your views (or your organisations) by 02/05/03 ..... 4 weeks away
