I've heard only unconfirmed rumours that its open for the first 3 days of the easter holidays only. I'm sure you could just go and ask one of the librarians?

they are open (not 100% yet bit they told me that more than likely)

1st week of easter:
Mon
Tue
Wed

2nd Week of easter:
Wed
Thur
Fri

Thats what the library ppl told me, although not 100% yet
