    They reckon public support for Bush II and his murderous campaign in Eyerak will go negative and causing him to withdraw if either of the following happens

    a) They are fighting for six months or more

    or

    b) 5,000 US troops go home in body bags.

    I think the Americans "tolerance level" for casualties has changed radically in the last 2 years

    Well, they've ordered 77,000 body bags, so maybe their tolerance is rising after all?
    Though I fail to see how that could be a good thing...
