I was just wondering what programming languages you use there? Is it java and/or c++ ? Or do they use something else? The reason I am asking this is because I am applying for that course in 1 years time and I wanna know what I need to learn? Right now I know C++ but not java, so will I need to know java?

    Thanks for any help:D

C++ in first and second year. Java after. They teach all ab initio so if you know c++ well enough you get to sleep in mornings as opposed to going to Dermot Shinners-Kennedy lectures for 18 months.

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about the course - if you've any questions about later years that I don't know the answers to, I can find out from someone who knows. Or just ask questions here if you prefer - none of the answers are likely to be state secrets.
