I don't know what to think of it. They have their old logo back, which is great, but the bottom looks a bit... "nu" to say the least.

Seems a bit off-size for an album cover. I did notice they are using their old logo again on a picture on their site, from that link on the other thread about the free DVD:

It's good to see the old logo back again, and just in case we didn't spot it, Metallica (Gawd bless 'em) have included a friendly little drawing to show us where it is!

Seriously though, compare this one to the art-work on "...And Justice" or the simplicity of "Metallica" and it fits in with the pants-ness of "Garage Inc."

christ, if your a fan of metallica you should be able to spot that the "metallica" logo is off the cover of master of puppets, that tell tale hint of red in it gave it away

I had the advantage of reading the thread before this reply, but did you seriously think a band that went to the trouble of creating "art" for the cover of load and had covers as cool as mop and justice would something as lame as that.
