    Hi folks,

Will I see any noticable performance gain running games with a 333Mhz Dual DDR (PC2700) memory setup over a single stick of 400Mhz PC3200 when attached to a 2.4Ghz (533Mhz FSB) Pentium 4?

    Thanks

personally I dont really know bout the specific performance of the technologies.

www.tomshardware.com may have somthing for you.

try not to get carried away by clock speed however, CL rating is as an important factor when overall performance to concerned. Lower CL is better.

actually, just guessing, CL2 Dual PC2700 would be best id guess. Probably best cost\perfomance balance.

    Let the flaming begin!

well to run dual channel u need a dual channel mobo ;) which are a lot more expensive, but dual channel is a lot faster than single channel it seems.

just running 2 sticks in a single channel mobo makes no diff tho
