I have a problem with storing my comics. Does anyone know an effective way of storing?

Right now, my room is damn small so I have 3 of those magazine binders to hold things in, which is a tight fit. And I've only started collecting Graphic novella, so I'm pretty screwed. :(

I've mine in their own bookcase. Need to buy anotherone soon though. It's not in my room but on a bit of wasted space on the landing.

    1. Bag them - and watch you don't buy really cheap bags as these can rot the comics as well.
    2. Store them upright - if they lay on each other you'll crush, and damage them.
    3. Boards are optional but if you've got a lot of comics and a tight fit it'll take up nearly twice as much room.

Though those folders are great for storing cards such as fleer sets etc.

I keep my comics in those long comic boxes fitted exactly for american standard size comics. You can pick up folded ones for about £5 each and you can put them together in seconds. Holds i'd say approx 200-500 comics depending on the size of the boxes.

I have about 3 of the large ones, two of the medium ones, and need to get up to belfast to buy a few more when I get the time.

Actually thinking on it, it probably holds more than that because that's about 1000 comics and i've got to have close to about 3000 by now. The last 5 years i've been ordering between 20 and 30 comics a month. And i've been collecting now for over 10 years...
