More tuning problems

My guitar has a lock nut and Floyd rose bridge. I've recently got this so I dont know much about floyd roses.

Tuning the thing: I guess you unlock the nut and use machine heads then relock it- but it still goes the slightest bit out of tune which can be anoying. I tryed tightening the bolts on the nut tight and lose but still tunes out. Is it the bridge?

It happens every time I use the whammy bar. Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks

    Dav

    Keep that Nut LOCKED!
Here's a clue, tune it up, lock the nut, get an allen key that fits the bridge!

I know I've got to keep the nut locked but AS it's locked it goes out of tune.

Sorry, but this just HAS to be said.

    YOU NEWB!!!
    :p

    Ok, here's the helpfull part.

On the bridge itself, there should be little knobs.
    These are for 'fine-tuning'.

Once you've locked the nut, use these to tune it to perfection.

Also, if the bridge is anyways off, that'll cause the guitar to go out of tune. Get yourself a screwdriver, and open up the back of it, you'll see two metal rods with screw-holes in them. Tighten or loosen these to get your bridge set to the right tuning. This takes a little bit of time, but its not half as hard as it sounds.

Big problem I had with the floyd rose on my Ibanez was that because it floats so freely when you tune 1 string the others go out of tune. Here is a good lesson for tuning a floyd rose.

You just use the fine tuning on the bridge.they look like little disks.so tune the guitar. lock the nuts then use the fine tuning to make the little adjustments.but it has to be bang acurate tuning before you lock the nuts for this bridge tuning to work. :D anyway its that simple just never tune it with the normal pegs when the nuts are locked you'll snap the strings.
    k.?>,
