    The details are in this 2.5Mb PDF should you wish to see another example of how risible our notorious E-Tub of Europe strategy is as compared to the serious players ......and that was before Bertie opened his gob in the Dáil on Tuesday about de de de Wireless and tings.

    The 2.5Mb PDF is a 110 Page Consultation Document, some in Q and A format. Much of it will eventually make its way into the UK Building Regulations.

    Much of the UK building regulations will make it into our building regulations around 2008.

    Isn't the E-Tub strategy just fabulous.

    it amazes me just how fantabulous the E-Tub strategy is. If there was no e-tub strategy at all we'd probably be a lot furthur with Broadband but as soon as our wonderful government make plans, that's the deathknell to any forward thinking.

    mind you the builders wuld probabily use it as an excuse to put up the price of a house by another 15 grand ...
