    I can't say exactly, but they're very close - hardly worth flying really. Murcia is the province just below Valencia and Alicante is in the south of Valencia.

    Its about 50 miles Id say but down the motorway about an hour and a half between.

    Sorry i meant for flying there, if it was possible to get a flight to Murcia but I'm staying in Alicante.

    Anyone any ideas bout costs of travelling from Murcia to Alicante?

    You should take a look at the "Spanish Rail" web site it is www.renfe.es .

    Or if you are renting a car you should then the best value I have found is at www.whizzcarrental.net and I spend a lot of time out there.
