Can anyone tell me how I go about bringing charges against totally ignorant drivers on the road. Ive come close to death about three times, and im getting a bit pissed of.
Is a reg and a witness to the incident enough? Any links or info would be apppreciated

You can make a complaint by yourself and while it will be your word against the drivers, this is sometimes enough, depending on who is more believable. Having a second witness (other than you) does help. Get the registration number and any other details you can (especially if it is a commercial vehicle).

I was nearly run over by a guy on the wrong side of the road and while I got dyslexic on the registration number, the Garda was able to track the vehicle by the company name. Then his boss found out .....
