Boycott? Products are now international

I have seen "Boycott USA" on other boards, but everything now is made internationally.

Toyota and other Japanese automakers have main plants in the USA. They also have plants that make parts for those vehicles in the US.

Most of Dell computers parts come from Asia and other countries.

Everything, Everything now a days are made jointly with different countries. Ireland has several contracts making US products. How can you really boycott American products if everything is so intertwined with other countries?
