One thing that would confuse me about this is.. how are you supposed to get the back of your photograph signed like you do in a station?
A google has found nothing usefull for me.. ecept loads of sites saying that yanks can claim an irish passport if they have "their so called grandparents" that were irish, so thye can have one and be proud to be irish!
