France had 1.7 million broadband users at 31.12.2002 (+178% YoY). Broadband subscribers now represent about 16% of Internet subscribers in France. More in the regulator's annual statement on internet access, which covers the evolution of prices as competition increases. A rather foreign concept in Ireland!…
