We are being consulted by the Regulator on how they should regulate under the new regulatory framework.

20 odd pages Here along with consultation on consultation itself.

I am not sure what they want (or expect) but you should send it in over the next 28 days.

In part they are complying with the DCMNR requirement to structure a Regulatory Impact Statement procedure.
