just apart from the obvious form factor there isn't much in it - one is 1g lighter - and the detailed specs quote different max MMS sizes (but that could just be the website)

they make it into two different Nokia brochures though, aimed a different groups one more for making a statement / style being a key factor (7210), the other a bit more conservative / practical being a key factor (6610):

7210 into the For the eye of the beholder brochure along with the 7250, 8310 and 8910i

6610 into the Mobile Vision brochure along with the 6100, 6310i, 6650, 6800...
