Go to the usual international rental companies, I think a lot of their business is on the net now. However there are brokers that check between rental companies to get the best price. Do a google on "car rental germany".

You could have limited options as f'furt Hahn is in the middle of nowhere. The last time I rented in Germany, Hertz were the best for A Mondeo for a week.

Don't forget that yourairline may have a tie up, and that local companies are generally cheaper (but not as accessable)

But as Victor says, try em all.

Remember also that in most parts of Germany you will be less dependant on a car.

    OK this is my update

Avis: Wont give me a car as Im under 25

Hertz: Will rent a car to me but only a VW Lupo size which is too small for Germany so no joy

Sixt: Have no collection point in Franfurt Hahn

Murray Eurocar: Focus size car for 5 days all taxes, insurance and usually for €300

Id say this is my best bet for a car in Germany

    Any other sujections?

Do you have any contacts in Germany that can make suggestions? After Hanh, is it worth trying the next place you are visiting (not sure what transport options are like in Hahn - check with Ryanair).

Price wisi, it doesn't seem bad.

Have you tried the airport website to check what other rental co's have an operation there. (assuming there is one, but it's Germany, so likely)

AFAIR the only transport link from Hahn is a bus service to f'furt which takes 2 hours. If you can stand that, tthe deutchbahn site is good for trains around Germany - and the train service is good. But it might not suit.
