radeon 9500 pro dot in middle of screen

    One of the lads has this card and there's an annoying black pixel that's always in the middle of the screen, anyone know what the cause might be?

    maybe that pixel on the monitor is dead. is it always there no matter what? have you tried it with a different monitor/card?

    tell him to move his mouse :D

    More than likely its the monitor if he degauses it may help or try another monitor or clean it .
