If this is the wrong place please move.

I'm looking for an ISP, connecting over 56k modem. I don't mind paying for a subscription as long is its ok. Any suggestions?

UTV are brilliant, second would be Oceanfree.net (no subscription charge but is one of the fastest and best for gaming)

Actually I'm currently with UTV and average connection speed seems to be around 1kb/s. Thats why I'm looking to move.
