    Lads

See if you could answer these questions that come up in an interview, give us an idea of what is the best way to handle each question and what they want to hear

    Cheers

What you could bring to the role?
What are you strengths and weaknesses?
What makes you better than the rest of the candidates?
Why you want this role and what impresses you by it?

it would probably help if you say what type of job it is as this will give you more appropriate answers. eg no point in saying you are good at computers and they should pick you if the job is for a builder or some other job which the use of computers is not really common.
