I've just bought one of these recently because I have several TV's in my home and wanted Sky throughout the house. Anyway, after setting everything up, I tried it out.

All seemed to be working fine, ie I could change the channels in each room ect. Then I put the NTL cable into the back of my digibox and now I am getting faint diagonal lines going through the picture and the only way I can get rid of them is to pull the NTL cable back out.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone has some helpful suggestions?

Try changing the output channel on the digibox in the Rf outlets menu, you will have to re tune tv's, your main tv should be clear though as it should be using a scart lead.

    hope this helps

    I'll try that Tony, thanks.
My main TV is clear due to the scart, it's just the other two.

Do those signal boosters work well on a slightly weak NTL cable signal? Or are they just for satellite or aerial reception?

What's a good, reliable and reasonably priced brand?

    TIA

    It is what it's.

There is only one brand like this IE Global, it wont improve a weak NTL signal but it should not make it worse. You can see one on my site url below

Maybe he has no email and don't know how to get an Eircom free email account and use it with Web page (I wouldn't use Hotmail or Yahoo as too many IT Admins block those, and they get hacked & spamed more)
