hard earned cash my a.ss, ive been working almost 5 weeks i think and i still havent been paid. The crowd i work for have this stupid policy of paying you before the first friday of the next month, which is all nice and well apart for the accountant is commin in tomorrow and there is the possibility that my money might not go true cuz of bank ****. if i dont have money for this weekend ill go mental. They also gave my pc to someone else this mornin, but i snaked a laptop so thats cheered me up a little....... otherwise im fine

erm, not really sure, software development company, basically im on co-op work placement from college, generally i do their emails, faxes, folder rearranging etc all kinds of stuff that has absoultely nathin to do with my cource(computer systems, Limerick) not that im complaining.....its great really i just spend my time floating around boards lookin for a thread to pounce on and reply to......

ya the **** shiit im doing in college sucks aswell ive slept my way through college so far and the course has very little appeal, the only thing i do like about my course is that it gives me all day access to shiit hot computer labs and internet for free otherwise i dunno fuk all about my course, even when people ask me what i do in my course or what ill be able to do after i graduate, all i can do is bullshiit them cuz i honestly dont know..... in reality im only doing this course so as i have some degree when i leave college, what i really want to do is work in the computer games graphic industry or in film graphics... but there is no course for this in ireland yet:( , there is one after opening up in london but its **** expensive and you have to know what your doin before you go in..........what about you lenny what are your plans(and i dont mean for this weekend)

U mite aswell njoy college now because u'll be out in d real world in a while, I wish I was back in college @ times, good laugh, few responsibilities, late mornings etc

i think the worst part about the real world is that they want you in on monday mornins and they want you in full working order, i swear some mon mornins when someone asks you to do something no matter how small it is, i feel like breaking into tears(well not really but its the closest thing to how i feel).....

Never went to college myself, (way too dumb for that) so it was straight from school into the real world for me.

So I have 9yrs of experience in the real world and I tell you what it dosen't get any easier boys and girls. You would think after 9 years of getting up early on monday mornings I'd be used to it. Oh No !

im the guy who turns up at lectures(every so often) and tests and everybody goes who da fuk is he ,never seen him before. It was a bit better this year as we lost half the course (around 100 people) due to im sick of this hard shiit syndrome, so most people know me to see.... but i know what your saying, if you fall behind any bit at all your fukked....and its seriously sickening.....

piscean what you work at, cuz ive no morals and if you get me in there ill rob em blind, we can go halves or sth, 70/30 maybe....dont forget ill be doin all the work like......im good at it and all, i done a night course in embezelment in steafon nafoa college in cork, got first class honours

I'm a trainee accountant, so hopefully in around 2/3 years I'll be driving an mg convertible (in black of course) and earing the big bucks.

im a computer systems student which means in three years time ill have a basic degree in something i know nothing about and ill have two major options 1.unemployed or 2.tescos,mcdonalds etc
i shall not be earning the big bucks until the computer industry turns around, which is probably sometime around 2020......i just cant wait.... wooooooo

there is great money in it, i used to pay my rent like that when i lived in the states, i paid it(recieved it) once a week ... kept my landlord happy...and me tooo... im just after getting my pay slip...wooo fukin hooo the money probably wont be in my account till next tues, its sickening, it says i have money but i cant touch it.... and my pants dont need scrubbing, they were cleaned last wednesday for cleanPantsDay at work.........................................

dont worry taking a serious loan from the mammybank(spent a half hour explaining why i need 200 for this weekend, and why i couldnt do with 20e till mon or tues:rolleyes:

just after installing three brand new servers at work.....not bad for a friday evening(when i mean install i mean physically lift the bastarrds and put them in their cradles, and screw them in and all that, not the software side).... on the auld wind down now.......... thinkin of the weekend....:)

well i havent planned anything, we(the lads) usually dont as plans always fail in the long run, having that said we dont go out without a fukking clue what were at, we just see how it goes......however was talkin to one of the lads while ago and he sorted hinted at somthing serious being on this weekend but he wouldnt say....so ill let you know monday how that goes....sounds good though

my boss and co-workers are still here so id be minimizing and maximizing my boards like mad everytime they pass, i know they know i do it cuz anytime someone comes near, my hand leaves the keyboard and goes for the mouse and they are not stupid.....not that i care, well i wont care unless someone gives out to me, doubt if they will though...

Good w/end, although got asked for id twice over d w/end when I haven't been asked at all over the last couple of years, sods law.

Just went boozing on Fri nite with some mates and drank 1 too many cocktails, but all in all a good nite, dancing around to some classic tunes like Footloose,Shakira etc
Sat nite ended up in the Tivoli, alrite nite, have had better nites there, Johnny Moy played a crap set but Philth kicked off the nite well,pity could have been a better nite.

Spent the day on the couch yesterday watching Eastenders.
