    This is a very topical and controversial issue. I'd be interested to hear your views on the poll above

    No seriously just think cloning should go ahead in general for pure scientific interest.

    I believe that it should continue but you should add an option "For the benefit of medical research"
    I for one would like to feel that if I required a new organ then cloning the said organ would be possible which is possibly the way that cloning will go ie. rather than clone a whole new complete body the research into stem cells will make cloning individual organs a possibility.
    Just my 2 cents.
