Warped vinyl

    Put another 100 or so vinyl on top of it leave it for a week and see what happens.

    Its such a bitch when that happens! I bought a record during the summer and told them at work to leave it in the office for me until I could collect it. I gave them strict instructions on where not to put it/how not a store it and when I went in a few days later, I found it laying flat and in the sun!
    I put it over the range wedged between 2 heavy boards for a few hours. Its not totally flat but its better than it was, and to compensate, I've got a coin blue tacked on to the needle

    I've only been at it since the summer. Getting better all the time now (although I stupidly challenged a friend to see who's better!). Only thing is I really have to get some new choonz! :o

    I know yea, same as me I am spending too little too much out on the weekends, all my parttime money goes to going out on the weekends now, I nearly given up onb buying vinyl, have to wait till the summer to get some more(So I'm teling myself!)

    I hear ya! I told myself "stop smoking and you'll have and extra 20, 25 quid to spend on vinyl". Didn't work tho... :rolleyes:

    Along do you put it under the hairdryer for before you put a weight on it and how long do you keep it there for ?
