drop down menu bug thingy

On the User Control Panel page, the navigational drop down menus don't appear properly over the "Forum Jump:" drop down menu. This is using IE 5.00.3315.1000 etc

The menu always goes behind rather than on top of form elements such as text boxes and drop down menus. AFAIK that's just the way it is, can't do anything about it.
