Broadband in SE Ireland

Hello. Are there any sites which give us some kind of information as to when we might get broadband in the South East? I'm in Arklow, I've got friends in Wicklow, and we would just like some kind of timeline to cling onto! :D Are we being negative by assuming it's at least a couple of years away?

Wicklow and Arklow in the South East? If you were really in the South East (Gorey, Enniscorthy, Waterford), you'd be alright!
