    heard this on the Radio morning - couldn't understand how he could have been charged unless calls were picked up / voice mail was checked?

    main point i noticed was when the vodafone spokesperson was asked about "rip-off" roaming charges that question wasn't answered...

    His account was contradictory - first he never called anyone, then he did - He could be dismembered on so many of his points, so easily.

    I'd have to side with Vodafone on this one.
