microsoft visual c++ compile options

    Is there any way to execute compiler options from within microsoft visual c++.

    for example instead of just calling >> cl [filename]
    i want to call >> cl -[option] [filename]

    again, using the command prompt is no good to me.

    Project->Settings. You can change the parameters in here, although VC++ by no means just calls "cl [filename]" by default. Also, the manual is a good place to start for this sort of thing!
