Podge and Rodge are definitely available on video (not too sure about DVD)...suggest you try RTE website as a start, then DMG Direct through the www.buy4now.ie website.

Fergus Wedding will probably come out, but only on video if the farce that was Paths To Freedom, on video only, is anything to go by. I mean, c'mon lads, get with the program. They probably haven't even masterd CD yet!

You can get apres match on DVD, I wounder why they don't put others on DVD. Was Dustin's movie put out on DVD?

Oh, they've mastered the idea of DVD production all right. Just not price points. Check out the retail price of that Seven Ages documentary on video and DVD.

Aye, when I was last in Donegal I went into a shop and was disgusted by the price!!

Seeing as RTE made the feckin thing and we all contribute to them you would think it would be a good thing if they put the price down to encourage people to actually buy it.

The seven ages is a box set which usuall cost €50-€100 per box. I think that they usuall give these documentaries to colleges etc. While Rodge and Podge was around the €15 mark on VHS. Its how much it takes to distribute these titles.

Why anyone would want to even look at Fergus Wedding is beyond me. Absolute rubbish compared to Paths To Freedom which imo was brilliant.

The Podge And Rodge jokes are so repetitive and dated now also.
