AFAIK, it came from commando troops in the jungle.
When they'd sweat into the the cotton underwear which would cause them to harden. After a while they would simply disintegrate, leaving the aforementioned commandos unfettered, so to speak.

Depends on the situation. If I'm wearing jeans then its boxers but if its a tracksuit then it has to be briefs. Boxers and a tracksuit totally mess with my head

I never understand the excuse "out of my league". Why should that ****e stop you trying?

Oh, and it has to be boxers. I'd go commando if I could, but I wouldn't have as much foreskin protection in that case. I can't understand this "cupping" argument, as quite frankly they're "cupped" already by the scrotum.

I am with briefs - well, thats because I workout in the evenings and I remember reading (some where in the net) that its not good to jog/workout with out wearing tights/briefs.
