    That isnt overly new, and older study also shown that gaming is good for your heart tho, supposidly the rush of an exciting moment (running across the bridge in 2fort with 3 solly's fillin yer ars* with rockets and you have the flag in a league game) will get your heart into shape...... apparantly.

    Gaming makes you healthier (sitting in front of a glowing monitor is very good for you despite what they say) makes you much fitter (all gamers I know are avid sportsmen) definitely makes you more sociable. Helps with your studies, your relationships, your maturity, your responsibility, your sleeping pattern, the list is endless.
