It's not really a meal, but when ever I'm famished it does the job. Two fresh baps, fried chicken breast, three/four slices of ham, melted cheese on top, close bap.

Pint of milk + chicken baps = nyom :D

Yes absolutely Sunday din-din is hard to match. Has a lot to do with eating with your family - a loving experience, as long as there is enough spuds to go around.
My sister-in-law cooked one hell of a meal last Sunday. Beef rolled in pepper-corns, roasted in the oven a very high heat for the first 20 minutes to seal in the juices then cooked normally for the rest of the time on a normal heat to do the rest. The result was like peppered steak only better. She then provided two types of gravy - one from the juices of the roasting tray and another cream based gravy with mushrooms and sweet onions - yum-yum! For veg, she did roasted peppers, roast potatoes, sliced baked potatoes in cream onion and cheese, turnip and there was some thing else fantastic I just can't rem, ember just now.
But Sunday dinner, can't beat it.
