Personal Planner Not Working

My personal planner has disappeared. The Sky menu has gone back to its old format, after about 8 weeks of having the new one. With the programme synopsis also missing on a lot of channels, does anyone know what's going on?

Try unplugging the box from the mains for about one minute. This usually fixes little problems like that.
